We treat every item like a rare relic. Die-cast cars and figures are packed in crush-proof boxes with bubble wrap, and cards are protected in sleeves/top-loaders. We also take a Proof of Packaging photo of every order before sealing.

HOW FAST IS SHIPPING & DELIVERY?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours with live tracking links. Delivery takes 1–2 business days in Kolkata, 2–4 business days in metro cities, and 4–6 business days across the rest of India.

Playlane.in does not accept returns or refunds. All sales are final. For items damaged in transit, please contact support with an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.

HOW DO PRE-ORDERS AND ESTIMATED ARRIVAL WORK?

Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming and factory-reissue collectibles in advance by paying a booking deposit (e.g. 50% or 100%). Each pre-order item displays an official expected arrival timeframe (ETA) on its product page and in your order summary. Once the item arrives at our Kolkata hub, you will receive a balance payment link (if a deposit was used) and the order will be packed and dispatched with live tracking.

CAN I ORDER IN-STOCK AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS TOGETHER? (COMBINED SHIPPING)

Yes! If you place a single order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, our standard policy is to hold and pack all items together so they dispatch in one shipment as soon as the pre-order arrives at our hub. If you prefer to receive the in-stock items immediately within 24–48 hours, please place them as separate orders.

CAN I COMBINE OR MERGE MULTIPLE SEPARATE ORDERS?

Yes! If you placed separate orders and want them shipped together, contact our support team or message Lane Scout with your Order IDs before the orders are packed. As long as your orders haven't dispatched, our team can merge or hold them for you.

WHAT IS THE HOLD ORDER POLICY?

Playlane offers a Hold feature allowing collectors to secure in-stock items by paying a deposit (typically 20%). Items are held safely at our warehouse for up to 20 days, during which you can pay the remaining balance and schedule dispatch.
