Policy Overview
At Playlane, I deal in exclusive, often limited-edition collectibles. Due to the nature of these products and rapid market fluctuations, all sales are final. I do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind or accidental orders.
I take immense pride in my packaging standards. To ensure transparency, Proof of Packaging images are captured for every order before dispatch. These records are available in your order details for 15 days, after which they are automatically purged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered, we are here to help. To process any claim, we strictly require the following:
Mandatory Unboxing Video
- The video must be continuous and unedited from the moment the package is sealed until the item is fully inspected.
- The shipping label and all sides of the outer box must be clearly visible before opening.
- Any damage or discrepancies must be clearly shown in the video.
Failure to provide a valid unboxing video will result in the rejection of your claim.

Original Method
The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during checkout.
Undelivered Packages (RTO)
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate address and be available to receive the package. If a package is returned to us (RTO - Return to Office) due to non-availability or incorrect details:
- Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.
- RTO charges levied by the courier partner will be deducted from any potential refund.
- If you wish to have the item re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
