Cancellation Overview
At Playlane, we begin processing your orders almost immediately to ensure fast delivery. As a result, our cancellation window is very limited.
We encourage you to review your order details, including product scale, quantity, and shipping address, carefully before completing your purchase.
Cancellation Window
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched.
Before Dispatch
Cancellations are subject to approval and processing fees.
After Dispatch
Orders cannot be canceled once they are handed over to the courier partner.
Cancellation Fees
To cover payment gateway charges and administrative costs, all approved cancellations are subject to a:
PROCESSING FEE
The balance amount (90% of the order value) will be refunded to your original payment method.
Pre-Orders & Special Items
Certain items, such as Pre-Orders or Exclusive Store Drops, may have stricter cancellation rules.
- Pre-orders cannot be canceled once the booking period has ended or the order has been confirmed with the manufacturer.
- Limited edition drops are final sale and non-cancelable.
How to Cancel?
To request a cancellation, please send an email to support@playlane.in with your Order ID and the reason for cancellation within the 2-hour window.
Our team will review your request and process the refund (minus fees) if eligible.
