Dispatch Timeline
Most orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Delivery Time
Kolkata: Same day or next day delivery.
Rest of India: Average delivery time of 5 days.

Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the delivery destination.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently do not offer international shipping. We only ship to addresses within India.

Proof of Packaging
To ensure complete transparency and peace of mind, Playlane provides a Proof of Packaging image for every order before it is handed over to the courier.
Important: Expiry Information
Packaging proof links are accessible via your order history page for 15 days from the date of dispatch. After this period, the files are automatically deleted from our servers to optimize storage.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a tracking link via Email.
Please allow 12-24 hours for the tracking information to update once you receive the link. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website.
